One foundation you run and control.
The architecture behind JrvsOS Supply Chain.
JrvsOS is designed to add invoice and contract checks on top of your data platform, while keeping your existing systems of record in place.

Built on the services you already pay for.
Each layer maps to a native service on your platform, so compute, governance and billing stay with the platform you run.

Your rules, on every call.
Each layer maps to a native service on your platform, so compute, governance and billing stay with the platform you run.
Runs in your environment
In your platform account, in your cloud region, with your identity provider. Invoice and contract data stay in your environment.
Permissions follow the person
JrvsOS uses the access people already have on your platform. Nobody sees anything through JrvsOS they could not see before.
One gateway, every call logged
Apps and assistants reach the skills only through one MCP gateway. Each call is recorded: who asked, what was read, what came back.
AI reads. Rules count. People decide.
AI reads and navigates. Fixed rules produce every recorded figure, so the same invoice gives the same answer every time. People decide.
People approve changes
AI assistants get read-only access. Nothing is written back to your ERP until a person approves it in JrvsOS.
Every decision can be rebuilt
Each check, finding and decision is filed with its evidence and lineage, so an auditor can replay any invoice line by line.
You set the level, case by case.
Setting 1
Reads and recommends
JrvsOS pulls the purchase order, receipt and contract, names the exception and shows the evidence. Every decision stays with a person.
Setting 2: Where we start
Acts with approval
JrvsOS prepares the posting. A person approves it, then JrvsOS writes it back to the ERP. Nobody re-keys anything.
Setting 3
Runs on its own
For the cases you pick, within limits you set. Move any case back to setting 2 at any time.
What a look-back needs from your team.
The first step is a one to two week look-back over past invoices. It needs little from IT.
A place to run. A workspace, account or capacity on your data platform, in your cloud region.
Read access. Invoice, purchase order, receipt and vendor tables from the ERP, plus the contract files for one spend category.
A user group. One group in your identity provider for the finance users who review findings.
A named owner. One platform contact for access requests and your security review.
No write access, no ERP changes and no new servers for the look-back.

Questions from architecture reviews.
Which AI models does JrvsOS use? Can we bring our own?
JrvsOS works with the models your platform serves, and through the gateway with Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or your platform’s own assistant. Change models without rebuilding the foundation.
Does any data leave our environment?
Can our developers build on it?
What happens if we stop using JrvsOS?
How do you support it after go-live?
Do you have security certifications?
Talk to the architect who built it.
60 minutes with our chief architect. We walk through JrvsOS on your platform, answer your security questions, and set out what a look-back needs from your team.
