A Milestone Two Years in the Making
We are proud to announce that Jarvis Consulting Group has earned a SOC 2 Type II attestation, the result of two years of disciplined work, meaningful investment, and a company-wide commitment to security excellence.
This rigorous, independent assessment validates our commitment to maintaining strong security controls and protecting customer data across the areas of security, confidentiality, and privacy. A Type II attestation confirms that our controls not only existed and were suitably designed, but that they operated effectively over a defined review period, providing our clients with a meaningful and time-tested level of assurance.
Earning this attestation is an important milestone, but we view it as a foundation rather than a finish line. Security is central to how we build our services, run our operations, and maintain our client relationships, and we remain committed to continuously strengthening our security program.
We use Drata's automated compliance platform to continuously monitor our internal security controls, maintain real-time visibility into our compliance posture, and support ongoing audit readiness throughout the year.
"Earning SOC 2 Type II attestation reflects two years of intentional, team-driven work. It signals to our clients and partners that Jarvis takes the responsibility of handling their data with the seriousness it deserves." - Hamza Ramzi, Partner Strategy & Operations
Our SOC 2 audit was conducted by Sensiba LLP, a nationally recognized CPA firm. Their independent assessment affirms that our information security practices, policies, procedures, and controls meet the applicable SOC 2 standards for security, confidentiality, and privacy.
What is SOC 2?
SOC 2 is an independent audit that checks whether a company actually protects the data it's trusted with. It's overseen by the AICPA, the U.S. accounting industry's standards body, and it's one of the most widely recognized ways a company can prove - not just claim - that it takes data security seriously.
There are two levels of SOC 2 report. A Type I report checks that the right safeguards are in place on a single day. A Type II report - what we earned - checks that those safeguards kept working over several months. It's a higher bar, and it's the version most clients want to see.

Why SOC 2 Matters
Our clients trust us with sensitive workforce data and important business processes. That's a big responsibility, and we believe it's on us to protect that data as carefully as they do.
For our clients, this is proof — not just a promise — that we handle their data responsibly. Many larger companies won't even work with a vendor that doesn't have a SOC 2 report, so earning ours also opens the door to relationships that require that assurance.
We welcome any client or prospect who wants to learn more about our security program or request access to our SOC 2 report to reach out to us directly.
