Last year, we were honoured to receive that recognition at the provincial level as one of the Best Workplaces™ in Ontario. Earning it on a national scale this year reflects something we have been working toward for a long time: building a culture that holds up as the company grows, not just in size, but in reach, complexity, and ambition. 

A Year of Expansion 

2025 was a significant year for Jarvis. We opened our Calgary office, establishing a presence from coast-to-coast and beginning what we hope will be a marked impact on Western Canada. We brought on new team members, took on new clients, and navigated a dynamic environment that tested our focus and our values. Through all of it, we kept coming back to the same question: are we growing the right way? 

Being recognized at the national level, after a year defined by that kind of growth, gives us real confidence that the answer is yes. 

What This Recognition Is Based On

We are proud of the environment those efforts have helped create. We are also clear-eyed about the fact that building a great workplace is not something you complete; it is something ongoing investment, especially as companies scale.
